Trauma & Sensitivity Multi-Session Program

New clients need greater care, education, preparation and integration support as they encounter psilocybin therapy for the first time. Return clients have an established safety, sensitivity and experience framework, so they are able to schedule repeat sessions in a more streamlined manner. Please note: clients we have not seen in more than 18 months will be considered 'new clients'. Any client can purchase more preparation or integration support ala carte as desired.

The Trauma Program is identical to our tried-and-true New Client Program, with one big difference: It includes an extra administration session specifically with an empathogenic, non-consciousness-altering dose. These 'introductory' administration sessions last approx 3 hours (half the time of a full session) and accomplish several things for dysregulated, fearful or dissociated clients: They teach safety and trust, calm anxiety and fear, and gauge sensitivity and tolerance. Full-day sessions can be followed just 2 days later if needed (ie, Thurs and Sat), meaning out of town clients can complete both administration sessions in one physical trip to Portland, Oregon. Local and driving distance clients may wish to space sessions out further.

Yes, we absolutely support custom client Programs. Our preparation and integration phases are structured at a baseline ~2 hours but clients are welcome to add extra time for extra support and deep dives into topics of interest. Preparation and Integration sessions are priced at $150 each, so feel free to add or subtract additional ones from our Standard or Extended Programs.

Note: Preparation and Integration sessions may not be subtracted from our programs. They are there for a reason - to help you get the most out of your administration session.

Psilocybin therapy is a service-intensive business in a highly regulated industry requiring extensive licensing, expertise and guidance. Our bundled program pricing includes compensation for your facilitator provider, any/all support staff at Fractal Health and the Service Center, and your private all-day or half-day administration room with supplies.

The bundled pricing does not include the cost of psilocybin medicine itself. Facilitators may not legally take payment for psilocybin. This is a purchase you'll make directly from the Service Center (which has the license to buy, sell and transfer psilocybin). Each client's dose plan is customized. However, the dose itself is a small portion of the therapeutic service cost around $4 per mg.

Fractal Health makes every effort to be as accommodating to clients as possible, while remaining fair to the many professionals who rely on income for their livelihoods and bills. Please read the following carefully, which will also be in your client financial agreement (which you must agree to and sign to receive services).

RESCHEDULE: Clients who intend to complete their Program and need to reschedule due to illness, schedule etc are welcome to do so once within 3 months at no extra charge. Subsequent reschedules within 3 months will incur a $100 reschedule fee. Reschedules over 3 months will require a new room reservation ($500-600).

CANCEL: Clients who change their mind about completing their Program will be subject to our refund policy, which depends upon how far through the Program the client is. Deposits paid within 24 hours when no room reservation fee has been paid are entitled to 100% refund and no further payment. Clients who have completed any Preparation sessions and/or had room reservation completed are responsible for 50% of the total Program cost, even if it has not been paid yet. Clients who cancel within 72 hours of their scheduled Administration Session date, or who no-show, are responsible for full Program cost, even if it has not been paid yet. Clients who do not participate in Preparation or Integration sessions are not subject to refunds of those portions.
