We accept all major debit and credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and can also make arrangements for check or cash partial payments.

During onboarding, each client will choose their own financial payment plan - between 1 to 5 monthly payments - when they are sent their financial agreement packet. Your first payment is due before preparation begins. Your card is then kept on file and auto-charged each month until the payments are complete.

We typically require at least 50% of the balance to be paid by the admnistration session date. This can be adjusted on an as-needed basis at the Center Director's discretion.

We accept HSA cards to pay for your program fee in full or in part. We run these cards separately and deduct the amount paid from the total payment plan (unless paid in full).

Dr. Kara Crisp on our team has the ability to charge insurance for Oregon clients for a portion of the program fee. Typical savings for eligible clients is $400-800. Inquire for details.

We are also listed with Enthea Insurance, though this requires employer engagement which has been slow to adopt.

In this session, we will review a comprehensive assessment form you'll fill out ahead of time and discuss any concerns. We'll also discuss and decide the right program and provider, and can look at scheduling. The assessment fee will be applied to your Program upon enrollment.
