FULL BIO
Hilary is a gentle, compassionate facilitator who brings a calm, grounding presence to her work—especially with women navigating anxiety, individuals experiencing depression, and anyone healing from relational trauma. She has volunteered with the Portland Grief House and deeply understands grief in all its forms—not only the loss of loved ones, but also the loss of relationships, careers, and long-held dreams.
Hilary holds advanced training in Internal Family Systems, Shadow Work, and Somatic Experiencing—a movement-based approach that helps clients release the physical and emotional imprints of trauma and grief. As a certified death doula, she also provides steady support to those facing end-of-life uncertainty and transition.
With prior experience in the business world, Hilary relates easily to clients in high-pressure corporate or healthcare settings, as well as those navigating retirement or major life changes. Her integrative, trauma-informed approach helps each client reconnect with safety, presence, and self-trust on their healing journey.
