FULL BIO
Elana's path into facilitation began with her own journey through depression and anxiety—an exploration that led her to discover the profound healing potential of altered states and embodiment practices. That experience continues to inform her deep empathy for clients who seek not only relief, but a renewed sense of vitality and self-trust.
As a dedicated Facilitator at Fractal Health, Elana has completed specialized programs in End of Life Care, Somatic Psychedelic Facilitation, and Somatic EMDR, and serves as co-lead for our anxiety program. She has also successfully helped many clients through struggles with alcohol addiction, depression, and trauma, working particularly well with individuals who have experienced physical, sexual or childhood trauma.
As a queer woman and second-generation immigrant, Elana brings sensitivity to identity, belonging, and cultural nuance into her facilitation. She also draws on her prior business experience to support corporate and executive clients seeking balance and authenticity. Elana approaches every client partnership as a collaboration—offering a grounded, non-judgmental space for transformation and a compassionate invitation to come home to oneself. Her overall approach is offered through a lens of embodied liberation, intergenerational healing, and reconnecting with the greater web of life.
