SUMMARY

Arah Gould is a psychotherapist, a mother, and a lifelong learner, exploring various paths of healing and development in a variety of professional and personal ways. She brings decades of experience as a psychotherapist, educator, and licensed psilocybin facilitator to the Fractal Health team.

FULL BIO

Arah's postgraduate training spans secular Buddhist psychology, trauma and neurobiology, mindfulness, attachment theory, existential and humanistic therapy, and specialized work with adoptive families and couples. Drawing from this wide-ranging background, Arah creates a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore the deeper layers of their experience and move toward wholeness.

With a holistic and body-based approach, Arah recognizes the profound interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. As both a facilitator and meditation mentor, she emphasizes curiosity and presence as essential tools for healing. She regularly practices and teaches within Pine Street Sangha’s reflective meditation community, where she also contributes to continuing education in restorative ethics for therapists and healers.

Her personal journey with psilocybin has deepened Arah's understanding of the medicine’s potential. She describes her experiences as cultivating a profound sense of belonging, love, and security—an ability to hold tender or wounded parts of herself within a larger sense of self that is whole, resilient, and rooted in life. This lived experience informs her deep trust in every person’s innate capacity to heal and her gentle, grounded guidance as a facilitator.
